Discovery Diligence is led by Paul Kithoray, a seasoned transaction services specialist with over 28 years’ experience across hundreds of mid-market transactions at firms such as Grant Thornton, PwC and EY. Prior to founding Discovery Diligence, Paul built and led the Midlands practice of Cortus Transaction Services, earning multiple peer-voted awards, including 2024 Changemaker of the Year at the East Midlands Rainmakers Awards and a reputation for high-impact, commercially relevant reporting.

Paul has carried out financial due diligence work for a wide range of private equity investors such as LDC, Palatine Private Equity, NorthEdge Capital, Gresham House and Foresight as well as serial corporate acquirers such as Nordic Climate Group, Kartell, UK Parking Control and SMH Group.

Whilst Paul’s experience sits across a wide range of verticals, he has particular experience in automotive manufacturing (OEMs and Tier 1s) and professional services (accountancy firms).

Paul is supplemented by a scalable team of delivery partners who possess significant transaction experience but ultimately all Discovery Diligence reports are delivered by Paul.
